Kashmir became Palestine

Kashmir became Palestine
Indian Parliament has canceled Article 370 and Article 35A, that is, let me tell you:
Section 370 is a special section that gives the state of Jammu and Kashmir a separate stateThis section gives Jammu and Kashmir the freedom to make and maintain its constitution while in most cases it prohibits the implementation of the federal constitution in Jammu and KashmirUnder this special section, except in the matters of defense, finance, foreign affairs, etc., Indian law cannot be enforced in Kashmir without the ratification and approval of the United Central Government, the Central Parliament, and the State GovernmentUnder Section 370, the State of Jammu and Kashmir has a special and unique placeThe provisions of the Indian Constitution that apply to other states cannot be enforced under this section on the State of Jammu and Kashmir

Under this section, the basic laws of many states of Jammu and Kashmir, including property, citizenship and basic human rights for citizens, are different from ordinary Indian laws.

Maharaja Hari Singh's 1927 state law has also been tried to preserve the state so that no ordinary citizen of India can buy property within the state of Jammu and Kashmir. But Indian corporations and other private and state-owned companies also cannot obtain illegal property within the state.

According to this law, state land cannot be occupied for building residential colonies within the state and setting up industrial factories, dams, and other factoriesFor any variation, it is necessary to obtain the consent of the state representatives who are present in the form of an elected assembly.

Now, after the abolition of this Article, the status of Jammu and Kashmir will not remain A religious guy...

Chat Lounge Section 35A

Article 35-A of the Indian Constitution relating to the right of special citizenship of Jammu and Kashmir is an older problem than Kashmir. According to this law, a citizen of any area outside the boundaries of Jammu and Kashmir cannot own real estate in the state, cannot get a job or invest freely in Kashmir.

These laws were compiled by Dogra Maharaja Hari Singh between 1927 and 1932 and the same was added to the Constitution of India in 1954 by a presidential decree.
India's Hindu nationalist Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) has been trying to demolish all the protective walls that have been present in the Indian Constitution related to Kashmir for the past 70 years which makes Jammu and Kashmir unique to other Indian statesFor example, Jammu and Kashmir have their own constitution, and if any clause of the Indian Constitution is to be enforced here, the first local assembly amends its constitution, and it requires consensus in the assembly

However, Kashmir's sovereignty is no longer the case 70 years agoThere was a Pakistani Prime Minister like Kashmir and the Prime Minister was the PresidentBut like other states, there is now a governor and a chief ministerHowever, 35-A constitutional clause still protects the inhabitants of the state from the unwanted settlement of non-KashmirisThe same clause was challenged by the pro-BJP NGO 'We the Citizens' in the Supreme Court

Now, after the expiry of this law, Kashmiris will become as dispassionate as Palestinians, because millions of non-Muslim settlers will settle here, who will take control of their lands, resources, and jobs.
